The Upper Missouri District Health Unit will be doing school visits on Tuesday, October 15th 2019 to provide flu shots and other necessary immunizations to students. If you have no insurance we ask for a donation of $20.99 per immunization to cover the administration fee of the immunization. The application for these immunizations are available on our website under the tab "School Notices" or on our Facebook page attached to this message. Please call your child’s school office for more information.
