The annual fall Athlete & Parent Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 16th at 6:00 pm at the NTHS Cafeteria. This meeting is mandatory for all students 7-12 to participate in all fall sports

EDWIN LOE back to school Jumpstart begins tomorrow! Students in kindergarten through 3rd grade can attend. New Town Public School District #1 Classified Ads Job Vacancies July 17, 2023 HELP WANTED: The New Town Public School District #1 is presently accepting applications for the following positions for the 2023-2024 school year. School District: Bus Drivers (2 positions) Edwin Loe Elementary School: Kindergarten Aide (7 hrs. per day); 4 Special Education Aides (7 to 7.5 hours per day); Night Custodian (8 hours per day) New Town Middle School: 2 Special Education Aides (7 to 7.5 hours per day); New Town High School: Special Education Aide (7 to 7.5 hours per day); In School Suspension Monitor (7 hours per day); Night Custodian (8 hours per day) The positions are open until filled. Starting salary is $20 per hour. It includes a single policy health insurance plan through ND Blue Cross Blue Shield. Veteran Preference applies in hiring. Applicants must have at a minimum a high school diploma or GED. The successful applicants must pass a background check through the ND Bureau of Criminal Investigations. The New Town/Parshall girls golf team is looking for High School and Middle School girls interested in golfing this fall on the 23-24 golf team. Girls in grades 7-12 are encouraged to join. If you don't have golf clubs, some will be provided for you. Season starts on August 1st. Interested girls and parents can contact the New Town High School or Parshall Schools or Coach Carroll Howling Wolf directly. Girls needs to have their sport's physicals completed before they can practice.

Good morning! This is a friendly reminder that there is a 3rd session of summer school starting on July 11. However, it is for seniors only as the only course offered is senior seminar with Mr. Benner in the computer lab. Please use the doors by the science room on the west side of the high school.

Just a friendly reminder that it is never too early to start thinking about sports physicals for next year! It always seems impossible to get in when August rolls around. Plus, this way we can help the clinics out by not overwhelming them at the beginning of the school year! They work hard to get our students cleared for sports, but there are only so many hours in each day! I hope everyone has been enjoying their summer! Remember: students cannot practice until their physicals are complete and the paperwork has been submitted to the athletic director.
