Cultural Night 2023 is tonight December 19th in the HS Cafeteria from 5:30P.M.-8:00P.M. Everyone is welcome! Please note change in date.

We will be holding academy days for attendance buybacks for New Town High School Students on December 21, 22, 27, 28, and 29 in the CTE building from 9 am to 4 pm daily. Students that have over 7 absences in any class will lose their grade and credit for the class if they do not get their absences to 7 or below. Otherwise, the course will be a non-credit. The culture night that was scheduled for this evening has been moved to tomorrow evening, December 19th.

Good Afternoon New Town Parents/Guardians Law Enforcement received a threat regarding New Town Public Schools and notified Dr. Vandal and Mr. Bluestone at 7:00 am. It was decided to cancel school while both local and tribal law enforcement investigate this matter. As of 11:00 am, local law enforcement informed the school district that the threat has been resolved. Classes will resume under normal operating conditions on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. The Culture Night scheduled for tonight has been moved to Tuesday, December 19, 2023 @ 5:30 pm. Ensuring the safety of our staff and students is our number one concern, and we are committed to taking all necessary precautions to uphold this priority. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter and a special thank you to our local law enforcement for their prompt response investigating the situation. North Segment is giving out Christmas gift cards to all New Town Public students today at Northern Lights from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. This applies to all students regardless of enrollment status. Merry Christmas everyone!

There will be no school today at New Town Public Schools today due to a possible threat. Local law enforcement and administration have decided to cancel school today as a safety precaution.

Edwin Loe is having Movie Fun Night! 4-6th Grade Friday Dec. 15th 6pm-7:45pm Movie: Elf This Movie Fun Night will be for 4-6th grade students. Elf will be shown on a 20ft inflatable screen! Students can bring a blanket to sit on to watch the movie. The gym, technology room, and an art room will be open as well for extra fun! Each student will get a slice of pizza, a bag of popcorn, and a pop! This event will also get buybacks for students to make up attendance.
